Outstanding Older American

The City of San Gabriel along with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, is sponsoring an "Older American Recognition Day".  The Community Services Department is soliciting public input in determining San Gabriel's Outstanding Older Adult.  This program is designed to seek out and honor older adults who, after retirement, are still actively involved in service to others in their community.  The purpose is to encourage retired persons to remain active in mainstream community life.  For more information and nomination criteria, please see Outstanding Older American
If you wish to nominate someone, please submit an Outstanding Older American Nomination Form to the Community Services Department, no later than February 2, 2018.
